ON
YOUTHS

The rate at which
youths and even children watch pornography is alarming, pornography can be sad
to be the explicit depiction of sexual subject matters and even materials to an
erotic nature.
While some
feminist view media to be objectifying they focus mainly on pornography on
playing on egregious role in habituating men to objectify women.
In my opinion,
extensive viewing of pornographic materials like movies has negative effects
among which is decreased respect for long term monogamous relationship and
desired procreation.
Pornographic
scripts well on sexual engagements of parties who have just met, maybe for the
first time in their lives, who are in no way attached or committed to each
other and who will part shortly never to meet again. So why must the youths
indulge in such act which increases nothing but rather leads them into sin and
temptations.
Youths who
indulge in this sinful act have their minds central on sex. Many begin to learn
and develop interest for sex after watching pornographic movies.
It also turns
youths, especially guys and boys into addicts a situation they could hardly
control.
Those involved in it are exposed to
various sexually transmitted diseases like the HIV and AIDS, gonorrhea S.T.I,
among others.
We must not destroy our future, and
so abstinence from this act is my advice to the youths out there. Prevention
they say is better than cure.
